「白真弓」は、【ひだ】にかかる枕詞「しらまゆみ」に由来しています。現在では、古川人の気質を言い表す「やんちゃ酒」など多彩なお酒があります。コクがあってなおかつ後味がすっきりとする、うまさを感じながら飲める酒たちです。
Kaba syuzojyo started in 1704. They have been creating sake with rice from Hida for over 300 years. Shiramayumi is named after an 8th Century anthology of a traditional Japanese book of poetry, Manyoushu. It has a great after taste with a touch of fresh flavor.
